All our products are delivered to the whole world quickly and safely with Express Cargo. Our products are specially packaged to prevent damage during international shipping. We follow every stage of our products from production to delivery and inform you.                             Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

We prioritize customer satisfaction. If you'd like to return or exchange an item, please review the conditions below:

Return Conditions:

  • Return requests can be made within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Once the returned product arrives at our warehouse, the process will be completed within 5 business days.

Exchange Conditions:

  • Exchanges are only accepted for unused and undamaged items.

  • Please contact us before requesting an exchange.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Used or damaged items.

  • Customized or opened products.

Return and Exchange Process:

  2. Send the item back in its original packaging.

  3. If the product is eligible, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, or the exchanged item will be sent.

Shipping Costs:

Return or exchange shipping fees are customer's responsibility. For defective or incorrect products, we will cover the shipping costs.

Product Defects:

In the case of incorrect or defective products, we will cover the shipping costs and provide a full refund.
