CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL:
-
By placing an order electronically via the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.
-
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and all other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
-
Shipping costs (delivery fees) for the product are to be covered by the buyer.
-
Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer, provided it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the agreement.
-
The purchased product must be delivered complete, with all the specified features, and accompanied by any relevant documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual.
-
If delivery of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller is required to notify the buyer in writing within 3 days from learning of the situation, and must refund the full amount to the buyer within 14 days.
IF PAYMENT FOR THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT MADE:
-
If the buyer does not pay or the payment is canceled in the bank records, the seller is not obligated to deliver the product.
PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:
-
If after delivery of the product it is determined that the payment was made using a credit card fraudulently by unauthorized persons, and the related bank or financial institution does not pay the seller, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping costs borne by the seller.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:
-
If unforeseen circumstances beyond the seller's control occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement of the product, or a postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order:
-
If payment was made in cash, the amount will be refunded within 14 days of cancellation.
-
If payment was made by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the bank within 14 days, but the bank may take 2–3 weeks to transfer the amount to the buyer’s account.
-
BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
-
The buyer must inspect the goods/services before accepting delivery. Damaged, broken, or defective items (e.g., torn packaging) should not be accepted from the delivery company.
